Privacy policy

Due to considerate attitude of Levius LLC (hereinafter — Operator) towards security, respect to private life and value of privacy of personal information of the game users (hereinafter — User), we hereby notify you of the Operator’s policy to guarantee privacy.

  1. GENERAL TERMS
    • This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — Policy) contains terms based on which we collect, save, process, use and manage your information, including personal data submitted by you and/or collected and/or received by us as a result of your participation in the Game provided in the form of a mobile application for mobile platforms (Android, iOS etc.) and/or visiting websites: leviusgames.com, afterlifegame.com, leviusgames.ru and others administrated by Levius LLC.
    • By participating in the Game and using our Services you agree with your data collection and processing in compliance herewith. In case of your disagreement with the terms hereof we kindly request you not to participate in the Game, use our services or submit any of your personal data.
    • The terms used in this Privacy policy shall have the meaning set out in the User Agreement.
  1. DATA THAT THE OPERATOR MAY RECEIVE AND COLLECT
  • Data operator can receive and collect the following personal data:
    • Data submitted by you while creating your User account and using AGF including but not limited to name, login, password, email address, mobile phone number, bank account details, profile photos, sex/gender, date of birth, social network ID.
    • Data automatically collected and saved by the Operator by your visits of our websites including but not limited to IP-adress, mobile platform of your smartphone or tablet personal computer (PC), operation system of you PC, type of browser, time of access to website, language, referring site.
    • Data received by the Operator during your use of the Game through mobile platforms (Android, iOS etc.) including but not limited to manufacturer and device model, Unique Device Identifier (UDID), International Mobile Station Equipment Identifier (IMEI), Apple IDFA and/or Android Ad ID, Device MAC-address, timestamps, traffic, location data.

If you do not wish to provide your location data you can disable this function on your device. In that case you should understand and agree that the Game application may not operate duly without that information as location data helps your device to choose the most efficient version of the application to download.

  • Information placed in your Game profile and/or User content. Whereas you understand and agree that any information placed and submitted by you through the User Content can be accessed by other Users and other third parties that have access to the Game and Services, can be collected and used by them, the Operator has no responsibility for privacy and safety of such information.

If you wish to delete any personal data placed by you in your Game profile, you may contact us by email legal-requets@leviusgames.com

  • Information about your game character, gaming process, communication with other Users within the Game;
  • Information received from your requests, letters, and/or other messages received by email and/or regular mail.
  • Information received from surveys and researches placed by the Operator for the purposes of assessing the operation of the Game, Features, websites, opinion gathering, which can be done by the User at his own free will and are not necessary.
  • Information received due to the fact of your participation in the news board and/or draw games held by the Operator.

Participation in draw games is voluntary, therefore, you decide by yourself whether to disclose the information requested by the Operator for the purposes of participation. The requested information usually includes name and address.

  1. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
    • We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
      • Creation of your User account, Game profile, use of AGF (payment acceptance, verification and processing) and any other kind of User identification necessary for rendering services provided by the User Agreement and Rules of the Game.
      • Provision of optimal Game and Features operation on mobile platforms.
      • Notifications of changes to provision of Services, functioning of tools, upgrade of the Game, changes to the User Agreement, Rules of the Game and this Policy, promos, other technicaland informational messages connected with the Game.
      • Notifications about results of draw games, prize distribution.
      • Improvement of the functioning of Features and rendering of Services.
      • Provision of opportunity for you to interact with other Users within the Game, participation in draw games organized by the Operator.
      • Statistics, analytics and generalizing views of your preferences, activity, and efficiency of operation of the mobile application for the purposes of improvement of our Services based on this data.
      • Advertising, within the limits set out herein.
      • Creation of a unique user ID ties to your User account and Game profile, tracking your use of the Operator’s Features and Services.
  1. SOCIAL NETWORKING SITESAND WIDGETS (FEATURES)

Our mobile application of the games include such features as “Like” and “Share this” buttons for social networking sites, including but not limited to Facebook, LiveJournal, VKontakte, Twitter, Google Plus, as well as other widgets launched on the website and/or in the mobile application. In case the social networking  features and widgets are placed with third persons, collection and processing of your data connected with the use of such features shall be determined by the privacy policy of such third persons.

  1. LOGIN SERVICES

5.1 You may create a User account and/or register with our websites using registered accounts of other services (Login services) including but not limited to Facebook Connect, LinkedIn, Apple’s Game Center, Google Plus, OpenID. Data of such accounts is used for automatic provision of necessary information to the Operator for creation of your User account and/or registration with the Operator’s websites.

5.2 The Operator may collect and process information used by the Login service according to the privacy policy of the respective Login service.

5.3 The Operator may use information about your contacts from Login services (“friends”) to offer an opportunity for you to invite them to join you in the Game. You or other third persons may contact us with a request to delete such information from the Operator’s database by email: legal-requests@leviusgames.com.

  1. LINKS

Our Features and Services may contain direct or indirect links to websites and services of third persons. We are not responsible for actions, services, products, features, content of third party websites, means and security of the use of your personal data by such third persons. Links to websites do not indicate support and/or connection (affiliation) of the Operator with such persons.

  1. SUPPORT SERVICES. NOTIFICATIONS

7.1 We may use your email address to send notifications of technical and informational nature, including but not limited to news, updates of the Game, promos, status of your game character, Services and other matters connected with the Game.

7.2 Such notifications may also be sent to you through the mobile application of the Game.

7.3 Besides, we may use your email address for direct contact with you for any matter, including receiving information on your evaluation of operation of the Game, Features and Services of the Operator.

7.4 You may refuse to receive such notifications by email following a special link (“unsubscribe”) at the bottom of each such message or by sending us a respective request by email: legal-requests@leviusgames.com.

  1. COOKIES AND OTHER MEANS OF TRACKING

8.1 We, our marketing partners, outsourcing partners, affiliated persons, advertisers and/or providers of the analytic service use different means of tracking, such as cookies, beaconing, tags, scripts for user identification and “remembering” information about your visit, your preferences (such as language selection, online settings), account data (login and password).

8.2 Cookies are small files that the website saves on your device during visits of this website.

8.3 Information contained in cookies is tied to your personal data, such as individual user ID, for the purposes of seamless access to Features, websites, use of Services, creation of individual recommendations corresponding to your interests, facilitation of work of the Features.

8.4 You may at any time deny the use of cookies by us and other third person by changing the browser settings and refusing them. In this case you understand and agree that in certain cases you may not be able to use certain online services, features and/or get other access to the Operator’s Services.

8.5 Our Game application, Features and websites may contain advertisements placed by third persons using cookies for tracking web pages and advertisements viewed by you. Therefore, the above advertisers will have a possibility to detect your device, as well as collect and use different information about you to provide you with advertisements of goods and services that may be of interest to you according to the information received by them.

8.6 This Policy does not govern cases of using your information by third persons, including advertisers. We are not responsible for the policy of collection and processing of your personal data by such third persons. We recommend you to get acquainted with privacy policies of the above persons for safety of your personal data.

  1. MOBILE APPLICATION ANALYTICS

9.1 For successful development of our Games and Features we need a better understanding of efficiency of our mobile application on your device, therefore, we use mobile application analytics services, such as Unity Analytics, Sensor Tower and others.

9.2 Mobile application analytics software may track and save information on your activity in the application, events going on in the application, where you got the information about our application and downloaded it from, how often you use the Game application.

9.3 Mobile application analytics providers may use cookies, API and SDK within our Features for collection and analysis of information on our instructions. For these purposes such persons may collect and process different information about you set out in section 2 hereof in accordance with their privacy policy.

9.4 Our privacy policy does not govern the use of means of tracking, collection and storage of information by the above providers of analytics services. We are not responsible for safety and privacy of your information obtained by such third persons.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PERSONS

10.1 We do not disclose your personal data to third persons, except in cases indicated below or with your direct consent:

10.1.1 Providers of services, our affiliates, involved by the Operator for provision of Features and services on our behalf, user support, data analysis, may have access to your data for the purposes of rendering such services to the Operator. We may transfer your information to our affiliated persons, providers of services and/or other third persons across country borders, to other countries and jurisdictions all over the world. You understand and agree to such transfer and disclosure of data to other jurisdictions that may not have or have personal data protection legislation different from applicable law.

10.1.2 We may transfer generalized or anonymous information about you to advertisers, sponsors, business partners and other third persons.

10.1.3 In cases established by applicable law, as well as in compliance with requirements and requests of governmental and/or law enforcement authorities, including for the purposes of preventing any offences.

10.1.4 For the purposes of safety of our Users, third persons, protection of our intellectual property and other rights, protection of intellectual property and other rights of Users and third persons.

10.1.5 In cases of our merger with another company, sale of our assets, financing and/or acquisition of our business by another company in full or in part. In this case the Operator will notify you of the change of users of your information on the website or by email.

10.1.6 In all cases when you authorize sharing of your personal data with third persons by way of our Features and/or websites, including for marketing and advertising purposes. In case you no longer wish to share your information with such third persons based on your earlier consent, you may contact us by email legal-requests@leviusgames.com. If you no longer wish to receive messages and other materials from such third persons you must contact them directly.

  1. DATA STORAGE. SAFETY

11.1 We use and store your personal data to the extent it is necessary to enable your participation in the Game, use of the Operator’s Features and Services.

11.2 We store your information during the whole period of activity of your User account and/or other period of time necessary for the operation of the Game and Operator’s Features.

11.3 You may terminate your User account at any time and request termination of the use of your personal data for provision of Services to you by email:legal-requests@leviusgames.com and/or support@leviusgames.com.

11.4 We take all necessary and reasonable action in good faith to ensure safety and confidentiality of collection, processing and storage of your personal data, their protection from loss, unauthorized access, undue and/or unlawful use by third persons.

11.5 Nevertheless, the user understands and agrees that due to the contemporary level of development of information technologies, increase in the number of hacker attacks, as well as possible technical failures in the operation of the Internet and/or electricity supply, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute safety and confidentiality of your information provided and collected by us in connection with rendering Services to you.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

This Policy is subject to application, regulation and construction in accordance with the User Agreement. This policy constitutes an integral part of the User Agreement. You understand and agree that in order to get access to the Game and our Services you must accept the terms of both the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.
